Nikesh Shah, an entrepreneur at heart and by trait; is currently operating and managing a successful real estate investment firm specializing in residential projects for over 15 years.

Concurrently he is hands on all of his project financing needs as well as taking on residential and commercial mortgages for key clients. In his prior life where he worked in a corporate role he transitioned to different roles in Tax, Asia/Pacific Treasury and Mergers and Acquisitions. Nikesh hold a Bachelor Degree in Finance from Rutgers University and a MS in Accounting with concentration in Strategic Cost Management and Entrepreneurial Finance from Babson College.

Sagi Kadosh grew up around their family-owned bed & breakfast and construction company, where from a young age, he was deeply rooted into the hospitality and real estate world. Sagi holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Management & Marketing from Rowan University.

He started off his career helping to manage the operations of a custom home building company. Later on, pivoted into managing enterprise sales teams at various tech start ups for 5 years in NYC. With his true passion always being in real estate, Sagi joined Academy Capital in 2022 as the COO where he manages the day-to-day operations of Academy Capital’s real estate portfolio. 

Rushil Desai comes from a family of entrepreneurs, which has been a cornerstone of his upbringing. He holds a Bachelor Degree from Rutgers University in Finance and Supply Chain Management.

Prior to joining Academy Capital, Rushil began his career in the financial services industry working at a Fortune 500 company, where he held roles in tax and operations. While holding these roles, Rushil was a hands-on property owner and manager, where he developed a keen appreciation for the real estate industry. He joined Academy Capital in 2024 as Vice President of Development, where he plays a pivotal role in overseeing new construction operations and spearheads property rehabilitation initiatives.
